Returns

You are our priority. We provide consultation services to our customers on any enquiries and/or concerns regarding our products and their installations. In addition, we work closely with our clients in terms of designing and customizing a bespoke booster system for large commercial buildings. We are confident with our products and services that we offer a 14-day money back guarantee to any ordered items that meet the following terms and conditions.

 

The requirements:

  1. Items are returned within 14 days from delivery date, via trackable courier with an RMA code;
  2. Returned items are in the same condition as it is delivered;
  3. Returned items are verified by our technical support team to be deficient;

Once the returned items are accepted, we will process your refund.

 

IMPORTANT - Please note:

  1. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items for us. A refund might be lesser if the process requires shipping and/or handling fee, however, this is pretty rare.
  2. Mobile boosters require a minimal outdoor signal reception of -85dB in order to function normally. Please double check your outdoor signal reception before returning the goods to us. Refund will not be available if lack of outdoor signal input is the cause of product malfunction.
 

Exceptions

Any returns received without an RMA authorization, outside of 14 days from the original delivery date, or to the wrong address will not be refunded.

-    Damaged equipment returned even with an RMA may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-     Orders for pre-cut lengths of cable are non-refundable.
-     Refund is not available to discounted products.
-     Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods. Your order will be refunded upon receiving the product in its original packaging.

Refunds will exclude our initial delivery postage cost as postage are non-refundable.

 

Delivery

Please ensure your availability during the ETA of product delivery and the delivery address to be correct. You are responsible to inform the courier company of any changes of delivery details. Customers will be liable to the return delivery cost, handling cost and restocking fee for any returned products due to failed delivery.
